What’s one thing we all know we can do in the Outdoors- Fishing!!! Right?!
If there was one thing, I loved to learn most as a child, it was learning how to fish! I had the luxury of growing up in a lake town, and parents and grandparents that brought fishing on back home and passed down the tradition of baiting and setting a hook on a body of fresh water! How many times could you say you went on a family vacation where there were plenty of fishing adventures involved? On top of that, I talk about survival in the wilderness, well guess what? You can give a person fish to eat and feed them for a day… or you could teach somebody how to fish and feed them for a lifetime, and fishing, one of the best survival skills around, over and out! What you need to remember is that if you can fish, you can survive practically anywhere on the planet that has a natural body of water.
Here I’m going to start talking about fishing equipment and the best at that! If there’s one thing I know, it’s my fishing gear. For example, an Abu Garcia Ambassador closed-face bait casting reel, and a Shakespear Ugly Stick fishing rod, is practically the best combination for fresh-lake fishing for bass fish. Of course, there are other brands that can real in the big one too! Such as Daiwa fishing reel that makes spinning reels just perfect for fresh-water outdoor adventures that can bring a campfire alive at the end of the day with a freshly caught dinner in the great outdoors! zebco rods and reels combos, are a great place to start for the beginner, the first timer, and all in all just for an inexpensive way to throw a line in the water that could save you from starving even if you were an expert fisherman.
